“Invalid credentials”

Check your Provider ID and API key with TecAlliance. Keys can expire with your licence.

The CAR filter doesn't show

Make sure the filter source is CAR Variant Metafield and it is first in Search & Discovery.

Vehicle Fit shows nothing

The product needs compatible vehicles from TecDoc. Re-import it if it was created before its TecDoc links existed.

A brand is missing

Ask us to activate the supplier; see Suppliers.
